Having you contacted the ANATA customer's complaint center numbers you are going to be able to put in your complain message with the operator which will follow with giving you a tracking case number in order for you to follow-up on it and find out about the results & outcome on your case findings. Attention: In order to watch over the responsible person's job performance the entire call & communications will be recorded and would be evaluated by Management's representative.

You can log in your complain by entering your message on the prepared special form which on this form in addition to given initial information on your case you can also attach photos of the product, within 48 hours after your mail message transmission you will be contacted and you will be given a tracking case number and the additional contacts would be by the assigned case number and you will be responded by the entered case number & given email address.
